That is CMS-1807-P which is the physicians fee schedule vs the CMS-1809-P I found.
A search for MIGS and Canaloplasty gets zero hits, but Glaucoma gets 22 ... however it all appears to be definitions if glaucoma & quality of care outcomes.
I think I will just have to give up & wait to see/hear from others that are better at wading through & interpreting all that BS .. in this case .. Bureaucrap Speak and/or an announcement from one of the companies set to benefit.
