I agree with the thread in general as to res 5 being a way for option holders to extend as it meets listing criteria via the 6.23 exceptions area. But will it pass will depend on the way the top 5 or so holders vote.

If they take an interest in , why would they vote yes, what do they gain? most are not option holders. meaningless to them.

If is fails, will it be a large push from those large holders to get out at any cost (could be some cheap options post AGM).
