I dont think so. It was clearly timed. Which is much more probable than it was just a coincidence that the announcement was released then.
One thing that concerns me is the very measured, toned-down, assessments both the Board and MO gave of each other and the company's potential success ("the Company is in a "good" position" , "Archer in a position of strength"; "the business is now in greatshape ... we havebuilt a platform ....for sustainable growth for many years"). Really! We've been told what groundbreaking technology this is and that's the best they can come up with to encourage continuing confidence in their shareholders. Im guessing (DYOR) that there's been quite a falling out and Im hoping that this is not an indication of how they really view AXE's groundbreaking potential.
