his supporters claim the US political is corrupted too. and it looks like they're correct when such a character, or maybe "caricature" is the better word, can become a political leader.

populism is the fatal influence that destroys real democracy and populism has often been the primary driver of many POTUS elections. Biden too is a populist. theres no apparent awareness of the real needs for peoples' sense of security, sound economic management, and a just and fair electoral system.

when both sides are so appalling high risk its no wonder the voluntary voting, with so many difficulties placed in the way of people who want to vote, its a wonder the US ever gets a decent and suitably qualified person to lead the country.
