re: speculation...i phoned them Cranswick, if had touched any other security he would have had to disclose that fact by now (if he was rotating out of the oppies into the fullies).
And since when has substance been more important than form-I dont care if he sold only 2% of his oppies, he still should not have done it.
And if the company was significantly larger and it was only 30% of his options, that could mean millions.
It is no excuse and he should know both his ethical and legal obligations-not impressed.
