Good report. I was initially surprised to see the volume of CSM shares on the sell side build up to levels not seen in a while. However after thinking about it for a while and then not seeing a dump of this volume of shares on close Friday, believe that it is probably a "stabilising" move to ensure that the share price remains within a range until the REM deal is finalised.

Also, on the share dilution front, an extra 13 million shares on issue is probably healthy for CSM. Still only a bit over 200 million shares on issue (after the issue to REM) but adds little more liquidity and shares available for Instos to buy as they complete their weighting changes due to ASX200 listing.
