the only question in my mind is what will happen to genex when jpower owns 50-74% and the rest is skip and/or retail holders
theres no doubt this is how it will play out:
Scheme (75% req) - fail
Compulsory off market takeover of all shares (90% req) - fail
off market takeover of 50-75% of shares (50% min required) - success
