You have some pretty warped views. You seem to want a lawless environment where there are no rules, regulations or accountability requirements that prevent corporates from exploiting potentially vulnerable people even more than they do now. Just so you can increase your chances of making coin on a high risk gamble.

Now hold onto your seat because I'm going to give you some more facts.

1. You may not understand the value auditors reports, but large investors and financiers rely on audited financial reports as part of their decision making processes when deciding who to give their money to.

2. ASX is a public listed company. They did not suspend AKP because of a few shareholder complaints. It was suspended as soon as it submitted it's financial report and ASX clearly stated the reasons for the suspension.

3. Westpac received a $1.3b penalty from AUSTRAC (CBA over $700m). Pretty sure they take it seriously.

4. Earth Mountain did not have a "capital raise". They applied for and were given venture capital funding to grow their business. EM has not at any point indicated that their business is entirely based around Audio Pixels.

I’ve been told some time ago that the audit report has been satisfactorily completed, and that the AGM will be held, probably in August, when production chips have been received from EM.
