I don't think anyone believes they are intentionally trying to delay or fail the project but there have been design errors and commisioning delays that investors have a right to discuss and question.
The filter press has been a major design fault. It wasn't like they got it 80% right and they could run the process at 80% while finding a solution offline. It just didn't work. Then we find out about some heating equipment that needed fixing.
If we were at nameplate or on a exponential trajectory to it we would know. JZ wouldn't of been able to sit on it.
No doubt there are more issues and we'll find out in two weeks.
In this climate there is an actual risk specs can go under and it's no surprise to me that investors are antsy about delays due to under performance.
