It is simply BS imo that that at this late stage they are still reviewing mining and processing alternatives.

C'mon, X took a swipe at Lonmin so no one in their right mind can say that the numbers on Garatau (let alone Tubatse) don't meet the threshold.....(hint, have a look at some other projects X have committed to in recent times).

If this was remotely an issue, X would have kissed this baby goodbye long long ago.

Takeover? Not whilst there is uncertainty over Tubatse but NOTHING stops X from entering into a JV or the like on Garatau and subsequently bidding for NKP once the Tubatse cases are deciced (or settled!).
