    For them to have ignored the guy with the rifle it sounds like it was set up to get sympathy for Trump. The guy must have been an expert marksman who Trump trusted could safely shoot his ear at that range with a low power rifle, miss him with the other shots and then sacrifice his own life because he loved Trump so much.
