Anyone seriously interested in the biotechnology space owes it to themselves to read the following linked article on one of the largest deals to date in the biotechology space between Pfizer and Warner Lambert:

    https://money.cnn.com/2000/02/07/deals/warner_lambert/

For Pfizer to pay out these sorts of dollars, $90 billion of them in fact, they needed a lot of data. In fact they needed FDA approved drugs with sales history and year on year growth and over $20 billion in turnover and they needed another company to take an interest in Warner Lambert first to spur them to action.

Real record breaking deals like this are not done on Phase 1 proof of safety and indications of efficacy.

Imugene now has under its roof a stable of candidates covering virtually the full spectrum of cancer disease from blood to solid tumour with promising Phase 1 data and an addressable market well above $200 billion.

This addressable market is 10 times larger than the Warner Lambert's turnover so huge potential exists once Imugene has the right amount of data/evidence to satisfy a suitor that it will dominate the oncology space.

Every morning I wake up and do not read that a deal has been agreed between Imugene and someone I know that the size of the deal will be increased as one more data keeps accumulating and adding value to Imugene's bottom line.

I personally am not here hanging out for pennies in the pound. As the 'beautiful' data accumulates the price that needs to be paid just keeps increasing.

Biotechnology investing requires research and resolve to back your opinion as to whether the company concerned has what it takes to get its technology across the line.

All the actual evidence reported by Imugene and published by its researchers just does one thing it increases my confidence.

By the way when you read the linked article it makes clear that Warner Lambert had no idea that Pfizer was about to jump and the only responsibility for this record deal being achieved that Warner Lambert can claim is that they had accumulated a heap of very, very beautiful data.
