PlanetCaravan realising that I was not in complete control of my brain held his thoughts and did not call me a complete F....idiot, such is the calibre of that gentleman.

So any shareholder action has a starting point of about $4,500 to the company if the directors are requisitioned a meeting, and that amount is very affordable in my opinion.

Thanks Lowkey. May I suggest that we reviewing the 3000 holders and limit the correspondence to a certain number of shares say 100k or 50k etc. Another point is that there may be multiple accounts for some holders. These may potentially reduce numbers significantly, just my thought.
