Friday night GENE crashed through the $1 mark... MM's are walking all over this company. The CEO's weak. GENE closed 12 July 4pm $0.80-0.31 -27.93% Vol a Huge 780,760 - avg approx 10-20k Shorts are having a field day. New all time low for GENE 75c.. on the night.

Just after a GENE 5:1 reverse split last December, the clocks ticking yet again for GENE to now meet compliance yet again..

This is what happens when a CEO thinks he's running a FOUNDATION & not a Publicly listed Company... Company value has been Decimated. Market Cap: $3M usd, according to Nasdaq. 60 staff, not much money in the bank, no CFO.. the Sharks are circling.....
The Chairman bought in big again in March at GTG 13c.. big loses.. The BOD need to make the right call and get rid of the marketing fool and hire a real CEO to build Shareholder & Co value/wealth before its to late. The Fool wont fall on his Sword.. Like I've mentioned before - Shareholders need market confidence put back in the stock.
The Market ain't no Fool and shouldn't be treated as one. The Fools on you.
