if your home power bill is way too high, you might decide to add roof top solar and batteries. you could spend $30-40K. even more.
But if I have some technology which you can plug into your existing house for less than $1K and it reduces your power bill to 10% of what it was.
Which are you going to choose?

add to that, 4DS isn’t JUST offering power reduction. It’s significantly increasing performance.
And that’s already with the 60nm chip. no idea yet how impressive the 20nm chip will be, but it should blow the 60nm stats out of the water.
