It's pretty obvious they are going to raise capital soon.
perhaps a renounceable rights issue so as not to disinfranchise shareholders.
However, the stock remains at a substantial discount to NTA and remains attractive to potential investors. Property value INCREASES are also a welcome reversal of trend.
