Indeed that's a hunch. Theoretically it should be any day but it could take a bit longer if there were any clock stops.
An important point here is that I was calculating it on the basis of 20 working days, however, this is only a target.
They can take longer if there is additional data or extra data or they have asked the sponsor a question and there is a bit of too'ing and fro'ing as I like to call it.
