conversion price is stated by company to be 0.38 so I don't understand why you say "who knows" what the conv price will be...

in the end I don't care so much anymore - the SP is starting to appreciate, the stock is garnering more and more interest... In the end the dilution should the note holders convert is not huge...

My mind is put at ease to a large extent by the fact that the company can force the noteholder's hand at 0.58 or above - the company thankfully has some discretion in the matter and can prevent an insane dump of shares, IE can prevent a situation where the noteholders convert for 0.38 at a time when the SP is much higher and proceed to dump a tonne of stock for quick profit

GDO's gonna start really stretching its legs now IMO, I'm just grateful I was lucky enough to get back in before the action...
