Probably because Stricklands holdings in Melbana were worth approx $1m 3 weeks ago - now only $380k - Sandy $440k (now $151k). most people would have thought that was a reasonable investment in that time.
Assume if non-directors are allowed to buy, that all senior staff have also be given the go-ahead and AP?
