So if there's no CR coming from the acquisition and they pay for it by issuing shares above the current SP, will you agree that it may just be for the longer term benefit of shareholders?
Of course, if there is an accompanying CR and/or shares are issued at a discount, I'll agree that shareholders got a raw deal.
