Their logic is quite absurd. Do they really think that the type of people who would be likely buyers of the company would not look at the real underlying value of the assets regardless of the SP ? They must think that the buyers are idiots and would be swayed by the SP when assessing the underlying value of the assets. Moronic beyond comprehension.
