my guess Nystar are going to buy out part of the resource which is going to be their input into the cap raising similar to what the chineese did with goldie MCO. THat would give them full ownership for Nystar of part of the resource so they can fast track it to production for themselves, would guess there will be royalties for IBG or a free carried interest similar to what Xstrata have with HIG at Frieda river.
Its going to be a huge resource so the faster they can delineate it into a viable economic block model focusing on the high grade areas the better for everyone for early cash flow , and the royalty flow to IBG would finance step out drilling for the future.
