Why would SPR need to raise large amounts of dilutive capital?They already have an existing mill.They already have a camp (that RMS are currently using).They already have an airstrip.They already have water.They already have a gas-powered generator.They already have haul roads.They still have 90 million in cash to fully fund reserve conversion drilling, FID/LOM studies and underground portal/decline.
still reads to me that no required capital for mill or infastructure.
