I am still in Germany but yes, it looks like we won't meet the deadline to relisting before August in my view. It is more of a cost/benefit scenario at the moment, we as a board have elected to save the $700k odd in lawyers fees and accounting plus ASX charges and get the business in better shape before coming back onto the market. At that time you will all have the same opportunity as new money coming in to reset if you chose to do so.

The intention is to get it listed asap but not at any price which is the most responsible thing to do for ALL shareholders at this time.

We have removed the HAPA distribution side of the business to save cost and have elected to run it ourselves hence why I am still here in Europe.
