- a strategic move really, temporarily boosted pivac’a position at the time when BKW was buying up to 20%,
- dilution at the time for 2c carried by business capital but later doubled for companies profit,
- assume this is to CRH, as Pivacs made zero profit, so it has to be a gesture of close partnership, maybe Liebherr.
- No dilution for current day, as shares already on issue, and boosted company’s NAV.
