I think any appeals with genuine prospects of winning have already been dealt with and any late stage appeals will be swiftly dealt with,I fully expect KRMto be drilling penikat at Christmas and also I believe we will see a great acquisition before Christmas,any acquisitions have to be very good as they have cash and are not under any pressure like most micro cap specs are,imo,gltah.
