• US and EU strategic tariffs on Chinese EVs
• BTR Indonesia (still a Chinese subsidiary) have off take offer which will consume Balama 50% production
• Posco Future M South Korea have off take agreement with Balama
• Tesla 8Ktpa delivery
• DoE loan approval
• Only natural graphite company outside of China
• MOU with Tees Valley Graphite in regards to pursuing Joint Venture in developing AMM processing facility, volume 20kt in UK.
