Send them an email then! They are always telling me it is just me every time I report a problem, but everything I have tried to do on etrade seems to generate a technical problem...
changing my address - 5 times and it still isn't correct GST - overcharged power etrade - over 1 month to get my account set up conditional order - triggered but not executed tax tools - report does not include tax on interest, or fees.
At least the customer service is friendly!
Meanwhile I have been waiting a few weeks for help from ETrade technical support on getting intra day charts working. Does anyone have their intra day charts working and can help?
