    "Trump getting his 'secret papers' case thrown out". by a judge who is a Trump appointee. not a decision made on laws, but on politics.

    IF we were not looking at Project 2025 we would be none the wiser, but this falls into the pattern described by the Director for 25 with Trump's stated aim of "destroying" (politicising) the judiciary and overturning significant legal actions. yes and even to obtain retribution against those who have criticised him.
