I think he was running logistics assets under a seperate company which was purchased by Simon (from memory), and then joined the board. The Board is small and there's a risk it may lack true independence. Particularly with Simon's large holding. I would mark it down as a red flag but don't have much insight into how this board operates. I think you have to trust Simon if you want to invest in this company. DYOR
