l have posted several times how the CSlRO came to their conclusions with regard to the efficiency or ' uptime ' of baseload plants .
l have tried to be clear and diplomatic about it.
lt seems some struggle with the concept of actual runtime vs potential runtime.
No-one has ever challenged me on the explanation.
Ever .
No doubt there will be some excuses and deflection coming .
