There's certainly reasonable volume. Really need an ann / update and I can't help but think we're potentially entering 'continuous disclosure' territory here. If there is material information regarding the 3D (there must be by now), it needs to be released. Even if there is a confidentiality agreement with WDS, this does not prevent PCL from complying with this obligation. Simply cannot keep SHs in the dark for this long.
