I must admit to being a little disappointed at this delay.

Normally a company goes into a Halt for two reasons while in the process of a material transaction:

1] The deal is made, but needs to be inked & the report compiled and checked by the boffins for ASX release. Normally 2-3 days Trading halt

2] The deal is still being negotiated & some news is leaked causing the SP to spike ... a company will normall call a trading halt/suspension in order to protect shareholders & make an even playing field

In the case of VOR, neither of these seems to be valid!

1] Seems like the deal is still being negotiated. The so-called "3rd-Party" is still playing games, and a deal doesnt seem close yet.

2] At the time of the initial trading halt, VOR shares were fairly flat with no signs of any leaked news.

From my viewpoint there seems to be no earthly reason to have gone into a trading halt & now the enforced suspension. They should have continued with the confidential negotiations until a deal was agreed on.

Mistake by management IMO
