NEU will need more than someone to run trials.
They must demonstrate the ability to manufacture and distribute the drug or the FDA just won't approve it. It's as simple as that.

They will need cash for that, and lots of it.

And everyone knows, that your balance sheet is king.
So diluting by 10% and having a 1/2 billion dollar war chest will make it even more attractive.

I just imagine thats its in their plans unless a godfather offer comes along.
Imagine if they used all of that current $220mil and hit a road block. What discount are you raising at then? What's the company worth then?

I absolutely hated the last CR. I still don't like it. but I can see a reason for one now if they follow the path I've put forward.
