They probably wouldn't know, nor do they pay much attention to this. Unlike other juniors, TLM doesn't need to suck-up to its larger shareholders because they don't need to ask us for money.
KH has the lion's share of the company, he has bought using many entities. He's the elephant, the gorilla in the room. He calls all the shots and the board seems to defer to him. Fortunately, he seems to know what he's doing and has a long history of success. And that's good good for the rest of us.
