What are you mumbling about, It is a fact Trump defied the Subpoena by not returning the documents, verified by him still having the documents when the search warrant was executed.
Charges and prosecution are a different issue, and is up to Law enforcement and the legal process to pursue, but it does not change the fact that Trump defied the Subpoena by not returning the documents.

But you are welcome to show Trump returned the documents and didn't have them when the search warrant was executed if you truly believe Trump obeyed the Subpoena and returned the documents, But you wont, because you know he didn't return the documents.
