You do well to recall this episode of purchasing a stake of more than 10% in RED before the merger. Another maneuver by this "devil" from Tonkin... and it is all the more surprising that he sold, quickly after the merger was completed, a few million of his shares, thus sending a bad sign to the market and above all to institutional investors.
