You seem to have a great deal of trouble with that concept. I cannot imagine that you have ever owned a business and had to create.
Remind me again why secure notes were so important... unneeded debt grabbed ,it would appear, just because they could... Yes, I know hedging costs saved. I would have been in deep for a fat over the mkt 10% return as I am sure would many other SH's.
Where are your complaints about the wasted money (The set up costs and the additional interest ) that could have been reducing the original debt. ?
