The reality remains that the main improvement was more time in operation, and the rate of production was minimal (we've already been through the exact figures in previous discussions).
If by 'fixing problems as they arise' you mean change the filter cloth type which produced a marginal improvement and has already been done and that's literally it over the last half a decade, okay... I suppose.
Twist words on the pilot plant if you like, but the actual reality is that the company said they were planning to use it for commercial income, that is, to generate revenue. The decision to abandon it happened despite higher than anticipated lithium prices (the big crash came well after it was abandoned). Without doubt it never did its intended job. It literally failed to achieve its explicitly stated goals. All these years later the current plant barely functions any better than the failed plant, and you can pretend and hope as much as you like, but in reality there is no new magic fix being worked on.
In a room full of elephants, one of them is that AGY faces a very real chance of being unable to get the 10KTPA plant working at cashflow neutral or close enough to it to justify continued attempts to keep it in operation. Even if AGY was able to carry out the next CR as handsomely as the previous one (I'll gladly bet dollars to doughnuts they won't get 14c for newly issued shares in the next CR if we shake on it today) they can't just keep carrying out endless CRs to keep the lights on and trying to a way to produce lithium with their brine. Pablo isn't the genius we were lead to believe, they clearly didn't get things sorted out with the pilot plant as they said they had. We've already seen that they weren't fully funded to production (they might have initially believed it when they first said it and it wasn't crazy for us to believe it back then), but we're now seeing an inevitability of a second CR since then (you complain about me being patronising after you told me they had sufficient funds to not need a CR until far beyond the absolute necessity for the next one and many said I was crazy for saying the last one was necessary).
Your commitment to loyalty and faith in people who have blatantly lied to you and lead you down a path of loss is fascinating, as is your apparent hatred/desire to attack the people you would have avoided loss by listening to. It's like watching a woman defending her abusive boyfriend, claiming she walked into a doorknob, he will pay you back the money you loaned him, he wasn't really at the casino with your best friend while you were washing his clothes, he's not on drugs, he'll get a job imminently.
An honest question here: What do you expect the next progress report to be like? Disappointing, neutral or impressive compared to market expectations?
