I see that as a government funded pilot of a small installation to see how it performs. It’s sensible for governments to do these sorts of pilots - resiliency in case lithium becomes in short supply, China decides to stop supplying us batteries, encourage local firms, or perhaps a random poster on HC isn’t right, etc. It doesn’t convince me that there’s actually a market for in the long run.
