If the bait to get Melissa aboard was her 2M shares that are about to expire, well out of the money, then the hook needs re-baiting. Hence this announcement from Talga.
The last thing that Talga (or its shareholders) want is for the Chief Financial Officer to depart just now.
We all know what happens to a share price when that happens.
