Thanks @SIM700 appreciate the kind words and even more the efforts to acquire a top 40 - please keep us posted with the response and don't hesitate to report EMH should they fail to meet their minimum obligations.
I’ve reached out to a couple of major shareholders (won’t mention names just yet) to establish if they share our concerns on current management performance and assess their desire levels to replace the CEO.
It looks doubtful that the DFS timeline update is going to be delivered before the quarterly report at months end, another missed deadline. Par for the course sadly.
Will keep you all updated when responses from major holders are received.
