i read this forum almost every night but don't have much to say anymore becasue I don't want to come across as a "pete repeat" like many bears on this forum.
We have exhausted the same the issues.
I posted a thread "Dysart" and no one responded because it shows that people generally on this forum are more excited in high fiving one another than offering real information and experiences.
How about some real opinions and real info guys. How about using your own brains instead of others/google.
The forum has lost it panache and now driven by Mr doom and gloom - and you know who you are. And your little group of followers hope that rating your posts bring this so called mega crash closer to earth.
Yawn... and boring..

Do the bears have any opinions OF THEIR OWN?
There are probably around 5 on this forum that own properties ie UT, Kincella, The Dalek, myself and couple of others and rest of the bears spend their time fighting those who have made excellent property investment decisions.
If your anti property how about you flick over to the share forum.
Do any bears own property? If so you better sell because the sh!t is gonna hit the fan.
HC should shut this forum or atleast ban the posting articles.
