Sadly I think you're both correct, if they are getting them at NTA why not just buy the same shares on market - a lot of stuffing around for a small gain. I think the NTA of WLE was slightly higher during the calculation period, I think it dropped a bit as soon as the price was locked in. And then there could be some small gains around the rounding effect - so maybe we will get a couple of $million out of it.
