Wondering what the sellers were expecting that they didn’t get ?
You can’t have it every way ! Either you trust management to make the best decisions on behalf of the company or you don’t ! I guess the sellers didn’t and why perhaps they are no longer holders.
You can’t allocate that much cash to reduce that much debt in that short a time, without consequences.
The company appears to be responsibly managed, and we will see the financial results and their decisions re financial management in due course.
