first mine was. 2:1 strip ratio waste to ore t.
this mine is 12:1 ? waste to ore, which will consume significant $ to get the floor down to expose the ore hence the 1/4 on 1/4 reduction in cash.
looking at the 1/4 update (which isn't the quarterly report) it seems that ore is now exposed and the waste pre strip investment will be reducing.
you would expect the cash build to start again once this drops off.
