Beef and onion stir fry

In a pan fry the following:
150 gm sliced small onions.
2 smoked chilis.

Separately lightly sear 250 gm steak.

Slice.

Sauce:
¼ cup chicken stock.
1 tablespoon light soy.
1 dessert spoon rice wine.
1 dessert spoon tomato sauce.
1 teaspoon oyster sauce.
½ teaspoon sesame oil.

Thicken slightly with corn flour.

Serve.
