I know of the people doing the work.
I also know they're very experience and competent and they're going make sure its done properly.
The mets aren't one size fits all. My understanding is that the mets will tailored for particular zones with the idea to supply the two processing plants with something specific to their needs. Its also a cost versus reward in terms of refinement process.
There is no stalling - its just a very very big job.
The CR at the moment is to ensure the company is fully funded to get through to the next stage where the entry price for any institutional investment is going to be sustainially higher (they won't invest until required boxes are ticked) and hopefully reward the long term holder.
