And another thing that I have noticed within the Announcement, is the contract for work and emoluments that will be paid to the new MD, along with conditions applicable/attached therewith.
Transparency at it's fullest, and something that many other companies out there could take a leaf from.
I do like this company and the way it's been run. Let's hope that they will continue in that way. At the very least the shareholders are given the opportunity to make an informed decision on their investments.
