Noticed a heavy debate on if limepay being a failed business...
light research shows that most of the original folks that created it have left and from that " April " has be born.
This new April company has 200 customers & perhaps with access to Spendas team and Capricorn the cross sell and blended techs will bring value in the coming years.
plus we now own them which means the tech is Spendas and those that created it now can help Spenda create new ideas they had not thought of or don't have to have custom made saving a lot on r&d.
the ability to keep your services built in house saves on licensing fees as well and you keep all the information within.
may be worth considering this new knowledge going forward about April previously Limepay.
